I would hereby like to provide feedback on our experience at Ikhutsa.
The warm welcome we received from you when we arrived, I mean we were running late but were still welcomed with a smile.
The lady who attended to my friend,Nthabiseng,wow her excellent service and how she treated my friend throughout the session was exceptional.
My friend also mentioned a wow and exceptional service she received from Lynette, you know she couldn’t stop talking about her, the pictures she assisted my friend with, they were perfect, she posted them on her social media platforms and already our friends will be booking with you guys soon.
Lastly, the surprise in the room,the bed full of roses, wishing her a happy birthday(really didn’t expect this), the platter that was fresh and more than enough for her, I can’t stop talking about you guys.
